I love my Daddy :)

He's the bestest!
Although mommy tells me one of these days I'm going to give him kisses like these and wish I hadn't. Daddy likes hotsauce :\ But I'm sure I will forgive him :)

New Shoes!

Look what Mommy bought me :) She said with the warmer weather coming I'm surely not always going to be in my warm snow suit and that I would need something to put on my feet, aren't they cool! I think they are really pretty too! I know one thing for sure, they make it ALOT harder for me to get my socks off my feet!

Playing in the Snow!

Alright more like sitting in the snow :) But we got a LOT snow a week ago and mommy and daddy took me out to sit in it :) Well really, daddy had to shovel and mommy decided we could go out for a minute or two and take a few pictures since he was out there.

I was ready for a nap so I didn't like it THAT much, but it was alright. I was nice and warm except for my checks. Mommy found that the snow was packy so she made me a seat to sit in. I got fussy after a few minutes of that...I couldn't move! It was like I was glued into place. I don't know if I like snow so much it's hard to move around in :\


Hehe Daddy calls this snowsuit my Twitter suit. I don't know why...do you?
Thank you Aunt Sue L. for giving me this snowsuit and the others you gave me too that I can't wear yet :) It keeps VERY warm :)

Getting around :)

So now that I can really get around alot easier I get myself into all kinds of trouble :)
I know how to take my socks off and take the DVDs off their shelves.

And make mommy wonder what is in places she hasn't seen in months!


But it's also always fun when daddy pins me in with things and makes me giggle. First the kitties used to get stuck in mount clothesmore and now I do!

New Bedroom Setup

Okay so this isn't new at this point, but here is how we are sleeping now. I love it! Mommy tooky my crib and put it on the lowest setting, she put thier mattress right up against it (with the side of the crib off). Now when I roll in the middle of the night I sometimes end up right on daddy :) But most of the time I stay in my crib. It makes it easier for them to feed me I guess since they don't even have to get up. I like it too since when I get really fussy they usually just drag me into bed with them and I get what I want to snuggle with the mommy or daddy :)

Mommy took this picture of Daddy putting me to sleep. He does a pretty good job :) And mommy said I have to let everyone know before Grandma says something...yes they put covers on me! Daddy wasn't to that part yet when mommy took the picture. I stay nice and warm all night long...sometimes I even think too warm...and I try and try to kick my covers off but they keep putting them back on me! Can someone tell mommy to stop doing that? I know what I'm doing! I just don't know how to get them back on when I'm cold again....but thats what mommy is for :)

But here is the really cool thing :) So during the day since it's hard to get over to my crib I get to sleep in the big comfy bed :) Daddy calls it sleeping with the penguins. And that bed is always nice and warm and so soft and comfy...*yawn* I get sleepy just thinking about it!

Baby's first hairdo?

Like I said before Mommy is a little behind in the posting so for the next few days she's going to try to get some up from last month/week so we aren't too far behind :)


So mommy was being silly one day after my bath and stuck all my hair up. She's kind of nutty like that. The sad thing is that the rest of the day she kept trying to get it to stay down and it wouldn't...hehehehe. Thats why I was giggling so much while she was doing it...I knew she would regret it later. I looked like Albert Einstein the rest of the day!

7 Months Old!

I'm 7 months old today. Not sure what that means but mommy seems a little happy about it.
I can do lots of things now too :)
I not only roll all over the place. I can push myself to move around in a circle while on my belly. So I can get to more things :)
I also have started pushing myself backward some by lifting my tummy off the ground. Daddy was pretty excited one day when he saw me do that. I don't know why. I mean I was just scooting to get to a toy.

Mommy has started giving me these rice cake type things...atleast that is how she explains them. Well here's a video of it anyways. Just to warn you it's probably rather boring. I mean I'm just eating. I wasn't going to do anything cute for the camera, I just wanted to eat! Oh but that IS my daddy practicing his guitar in the background :) Can you tell what song he was playing?
(oh and me coughing, isn't from choking..I'm getting over a cold)

I've also learned how to grab puffs and eat them too. I'm not as good at it since they are tiny little buggers, but I manage to get 1 out of 5 in my mouth, the floor gets the rest. They are pretty yummy too, especially the banana ones!

Mommy was also very happy with me yesterday when I ate her roasted mashed up carrots she made me :) I didn't puke them all up or anything. I actually REALLY liked them. Too bad she only made a few for me :| But thats alright I got to eat banana, plum and grape puree...thats yummy to!

I know how to find and put my pacifier in my mouth. Mommy and Daddy both appreciate that. I still have trouble holding my own bottle though...why would I want to learn how to do that when Mommy and Daddy do such a good job at holding it for me :)

I wake up 2-3 times a night to eat a little something. Most of the nights I hang out in my crib now, but Daddy is pretty close since the crib is right tight up against the mattress. I still usually end up in bed with mommy and daddy. But it's much later into the night (I think mommy said something about 5am).

I guess thats enough about me for right now. I know mommy hasn't been putting much up. We get busy and she and I have been really sick. I was just getting over it when she came down with it :\ Poor mommy.
